ABSTRACT
Small nucleolar RNA host gene 12 (SNHG12) expression is associated with multiple cancers, including renal cell carcinoma, prostate cancer, cervical nasopharyngeal colorectal and hepatocellular carcinoma. However, SNHG12 biological function unclear in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).SNHG12 clinicopathological characteristics were evaluated DLBCL tissues. CCK-8 transwell assay used to analyze the vitro role of progression. The xenograft model was explore vivo growth. physical interaction between miR-195 confirmed using bioinformatics analysis a dual luciferase assay.SNHG12 upregulated tissues correlated patients' prognosis. downregulation inhibited growth, migration, invasion cells vitro, while its overexpression promoted these cellular processes. Moreover, knockdown repressed tumorigenesis vivo. Further experiments demonstrated that target their negatively correlates DLBCL. functioned as competing endogenous for upregulation abolished effects on progression.SNHG12 predicts poor clinical outcome serves novel oncogene via sponging. We also suggest can be potential therapeutic candidate patients.
