ABSTRACT
T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-4 (TIMD-4) are likely to impact autoimmune diseases (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis (RA)). It is hypothesized here that TIMD-4 gene polymorphism display a correlation with the RA risk. For examining effect exerted by genetic variant in risk, case-control study containing 379 cases 432 healthy control groups Chinese population was performed. This conducted genotyping use of custom-by-design 48-Plex single nucleotide (SNP) Scan™ Kit. Blood serum conditions matched were measured enzyme-connected immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Our results demonstrated rs7700944 could increase risk population. According stratification analyzing processes, displayed elevated females, smokers aged ≥55 years. Cross-over analyses also indicated combined smoking or drinking GA genotype locus contributed an RA. In addition, related DAS ≥ 3.20, ESR ≥25.00 mm/h positive anti-ccp. Moreover, compared groups, average expression level apparently increased. In conclusion, may sensitivity
