ABSTRACT
Purpose: Patient satisfaction is a key indicator of healthcare quality and hospital performance. This study aims to assess inpatient at district-level hospitals explore the determinants satisfaction. Patients Methods: A total 1458 adults from departments 47 in 16 districts across Beijing were recruited with multi-stage stratified sample 2019. Univariate analysis multivariate logistic regression used identify influence patient institutional characteristics on four domains – administrative process, environment, medical care, hospitalization expenses, overall Results: Of participants, 577 (39.6%) men, 581 (39.8%) over 60 years age. The average value score measured by 5-point Likert scale 4.37, 4.00, 4.44, 3.89, 4.33 for strongly associated higher educational level more satisfied process ( P < 0.05). Elder patients worse self-reported health status less environment Female, monthly family income Urban Employees Basic Medical Insurance positively expenses And receiving care suburban Traditional Chinese Medicine but Chronic disease grade not significantly all domains.
