Drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) is an increasingly serious global issue. DR-TB has a lower success rate and more severe interruption of treatment than ordinary tuberculosis. Incomplete not only reduces recovery in patients but also increases the spread DR-TB. Optimizing medical security policies for can reduce economic burden thereby improve rate.Patients with who were registered Wuhan Center Tuberculosis Control Prevention from January 2016 to December 2019 selected as research subjects. General descriptive statistical analysis methods used analyzing patients' outcomes compensation rate. The binary logistic regression was impacts level on DR-TB.A total 409 included study, refusal 12.47%. 37.09% started had outcomes. out-of-pocket expenses (OOPs) per capita 13,005.61 Chinese yuan. outpatient effective ratio (ECR) 51.04%. ECR subsidies public health projects (SPHPs) nearly 80% higher those without SPHP. high helped optimize (P < 0.001, OR = 1.038). inpatient no effect 0.158, 0.986).Many did receive complete treatment. key breakthrough point improving insurance policy. Including costs diseases care recommended, financial investment should be appropriately increased ensure coverage projects.
