ABSTRACT
Background: The living will provide patients at the end of life with autonomy to choose medical care, so that can get dignified and die. In many countries such as Europe United States, this choice people is guaranteed by law. However, China in its infancy field wills, lacking legal support, Chinese have relatively low awareness wills their acceptance not optimism. China's aging population developing rapidly, death education getting more attention, popularity increase further future. Objective: aim review find out obstacles facilitating factors decision-making elderly context, propose countermeasures. Methods: By searching for relevant literature databases Cnki, Wanfang date, Weipu, Pubmed, Springer, Elsevier, etc., we understand connotation home abroad promotion affect signing China. Results: patients' be summarized individual, social, national levels. are: quality hospice social ethics, lack support. Facilitating include: meeting people's psychological expectations, respecting personal autonomy, conducive mental health dying caregivers, willingness accept will. Conclusion: Need determine specific influencing factors, formulate intervention measures, promote development ensure gradual progress.
