ABSTRACT
Transcription factors (TFs) by interacting with the DNA binding sites of stress responsive gene promoters, control a cascade reactions in plant cells also on other hand microRNAs (miRNAs) act dozen genes involving response to particular condition via many biological proceses.Less than 6% responding transcripts showed antagonistic responses combinations that require delineation regulatory interactions underlying multiple concurrent stresses instead single biotic or abiotic stress. Therefore, inferring transcriptional networks including both TFs and miRNAs as two classes regulators likely will reveal more aspects complex interlayers especially combination stresses.Utilizing 207 microarrays, we performed data mining approaches fallowing network construction. As result, 17 12 were identified most potential stresses.Seven targeted 1697 ARACNE based constructed which classified cohort common metabolisms under investigated treatments. The generated was validated comparison reference further motif enrichment. The study like ERF/AP2 family miR5658 miR172 their crosstalk may undertake transcriptome changes stresses.
