ABSTRACT
The rapid retail development has led to increasingly fierce competition, and micro businesses need innovation survive thrive. Retail is reflected in the quality of consumers’ behavior making purchase decisions. Therefore, this study aimed analyze role as an intervening variable on merchandise offer store image loyalty businesses. In study, confirmatory explanatory methods were used, it was conducted Jember Regency, East Java, Indonesia with a sample size 306 consumers Moreover, data obtained through questionnaire, Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling analysis used determine direct indirect effects. results showed that had positive significant effect both directly indirectly total 50.4%.
