ABSTRACT
Background: Giant cell tumors (GCT) are benign that may have aggressive behavior, it is usually found peri-articular, (Distal femur, proximal tibia, distal radius) with unclear pathogenesis. Aim of the Work: To detect best method treatment giant tumor whether intralesional curettage or resection and replacement endoprothesis.Patients Methods: This review was a randomized controlled trial studied lines surgical tumor.This included studies were published in English, only not conservative on PubMed Medline. Results: As regard location, number sample cases 315, including 169 Femur 146Case tibia no statistical significant difference between studies.Regarding follow up time, 166 highly studies. Conclusion:Throughout this systematic review, we concluded Wide extended using adjuvants patients equally effective statistically differences complications.
