ABSTRACT
Background: Supracondylar humeral fracture is a very common pediatric trauma disorder.It between four and eleven years, more in boys than girls left side affected right one.Major cases are extension type, which sub classified according to Garteland classification by severity diagnosed radiologically through plain x-rays.Displaced fractures usually need fixation avoid functional cosmetic complications. Aim of the Work: This systematic review literature metaanalysis conducted compare two methods closed pinning Gartland's III supra-condylar comparing lateral entry wires crossed ulnar nerve injury postoperative clinical radiological outcomes.Patient Method: Recent after 2000 trials or cluster trials, prospective retrospective comparative cohort studies.Search results will be uploaded management software manually screened for eligibility included.PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) flowchart introduced on search results. Data Sources: Medline databases (PubMed, Medscape, Science Direct.
