ABSTRACT
Providing the hospitality and tourism higher education in past four decades witnessed fast growth. Provision of this highly recommended to be integrated as possible with real practice industry. Active Learning is observed an educational atmosphere where students become dynamically engaged compared passively absorbing while taught by teachers. Practical skills development has been recognized a clear focus F&B teaching constitutes essentiality graduates. The aim research assess applicability strategies practical courses. methodology adopted mix quantitative qualitative approaches used questionnaire that was distributed sample Egyptian. Findings study revealed vast majority are Male, they have confirmed some benefits studying courses such developing critical-thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, knife-skills, learn exciting, increased their desire work at careers after graduation. also obstacles face implementation lack time, materials, over exhausted, passive background, religious issues students, difference between training hotel operations. It institutions need increase financial provisions for requirements utensils, equipment, machines, materials. revise time dedicated suitable applying Strategies.
