ABSTRACT
This work was designed to provide high protective, long-lasting immunity against FMD by enhancing the immunogenicity of trivalent vaccine using carbomer as adjuvant G. pigs an alternative cheapest animal model for quality control testing prepared vaccines formulae.Guinea were chosen experimental models develop concepts and techniques study PD50 because similarities clinical symptoms in these animals those swine cattle saving cost, three different formulae inactivated including serotypes O Pan Asia2, A Iran O5 SAT2/EGY/2012 formula 1-(50% 50% antigen); 2 (50% Montanide ISA 206 50%antigen) 3-(25% 25% with 50 % antigen). All such found be free from foreign contaminants, safe potent, showing no postvaccinal reactions protective levels specific antibodies Guinea pigs. Each formula's determined estimation pig dose (GPPD ) monitoring humeral antibody response vaccinated Pig groups. It that oils is best formula, followed finally which give early short-lasting immunity.
