ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to study the chemical composition and effective compounds leaves green tea sage as one traditional medicinal plants.It was found that collected from local market contain 5.68 % moisture, 2.35% ash, 14.57 protein, 8.55 lipids, 2.3% crude fiber.While contained 8.19, 2.17, 12.21, 3.33, 2.6 fiber, respectively.It also 0.376 Polyphenols 0.188 Flavonoids, while 0.262 0.132 respectively.HPLC showed aqueous extract contains eighteen Polyphenols, fifteen them were identified.While twenty-one compounds, nineteen identified.
