Introduction: Globally, renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is among the most prevalent malignancies. A mixture of genetic mutations and environmental influences are main causes. NUSAP1 an anti-apoptotic marker which enhances cellular invasion migration via a variety pathways, including PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway. has been shown to be significantly expressed in tumours, but little known about its implications ccRCC. Aim work: assess IHC expressions investigate relationship between expression various clinical pathological characteristics cases Methods: Fifty tissue specimens ccRCC were subjected staining procedure utilizing avidin biotin-peroxidase method conjunction with chromagen detection order look into how clinicopathological data relate one another. Results: In 60% instances, there was evidence prominent expression. statistically positive correlation observed tumor stage (p=0.003), Fuhrman grade (p=0.022), distant metastases (p=0.007).
