This work is focused on the experiences lived by young people from popular groups in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) related to street and home. It highlighted a variety of dimensions that these spaces time offer people, taking into account aspects limit or constraints their mobilities spaces, also what considered opportunity for them. was performed qualitative study, involving total 51 being students elementary schools, two public municipal schools Janeiro, aged between 14 16 residents urban peripheries. Three discussion were carried out with students, addition participant-observations both schools.
