ABSTRACT
Stroke is a serious disease that threatens human health both in China and worldwide. Identifying establishing its risk factors are prerequisites for intervention evaluation of prognosis. Over the years, factors, such as age, diabetes, hypertension, have gradually been established. However, at present, there no consensus on influence sex prognosis ischaemic stroke. The aims our research was to analyse correlation between poststroke based results Third National Registry [CNSR-III], well other may be confounded by stroke potential interventions. The CNSR-III recruited 14146 acute [AIS] patients 2015 2018. Our study included 13,972 who had complete follow-up information. This analysed basic information, socioeconomic status, lifestyle habits, medical history, prognosis. There conspicuous relationship functional prognosis, recurrence all-cause death due ischemic univariate analysis. Male better than female patients. In multivariate analysis, we found atrial fibrillation [AF], hypertension severity adverse effects After adjustment 3 months worse male [odds ratio [OR] 1.16, 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.025- 1.314]. Sex nonsignificant association with [hazard [HR] 1.141, CI, 0.975-1.336]. Furthermore, compared patients, lower cumulative rate 12 [HR 0.777, 0.628-0.963].Our identified differences stroke-related disability, recurrence, attempted explain causes these differences. clearly showed large proportion this difference could attributed rather per se.
