ABSTRACT
Isobaric tags for absolute and relative quantification (iTRAQ) provide the quantitative proteomics community with an easy-to-use tool to examine proteome changes. Five years after launch of technique, has become familiar iTRAQ? In this review, we propose answer question by looking at two its facets. On one hand, enquire whether iTRAQ is used 'optimally'; in other words, keeping up methods that have been devised requirements recognised, proteomics. there paper written such a way as allow researchers challenge or improve results. To tackle these problems, reviewed literature gathered data about methods; study, discuss experimental designs, use biological technical replicates, confirmation through additional experiments, strategies identify differential expression supplementary information. Our conclusions aim giving recommendations light our statistics.
