To evaluate the performance of Primary Health Care (PHC) in treatment TB patients a triple international border municipality.The present study was an evaluative survey cross-sectional and quantitative approach conducted with 225 PHC healthcare professionals. Data collected through structured validated instrument, which provided five indicators "structure" four "process" classified as unsatisfactory, regular or satisfactory.The component unsatisfactory for indicator professionals involved care training, connection between units other levels care. The information, directly observed reference counter on TB, external actions control.The components points out some weaknesses terms management organization human resources.
