ABSTRACT
The use of sanitizers in the COVID19 pandemic is very common. While using Nepal, we have found people having problems with skin irritation and rashes; hence it was felt to know amount glycerol used as an emollient. A validated UV visible spectrophotometric Reverse-phase High-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method designed determine locally available sanitizers. showed variation amount, ranging from 0.78 1.66 g 0.75 1.62 g/100 mL by HPLC UV, respectively. sanitizer samples less purity or failed meet specification limit should be withdrawn, their must limited. Hence this seems easy, reliable, cost-effective for determining based on chemical derivatization technique.
