Materials Methods. Four experimental groups were formed microtubes, with five replicates for each group: G1 (nematodes + AC001), G2 1%), G3 AC001 1%) G4 distilled water). For group, after 36 hours interaction, content microtubes read by optical microscopy, accounting number per group. Results. There a significant larval reduction treated groups, following percentages relation (control): G1: 43.7%; G2: 82.3% G3: 65.7%. It also observed that D. more effective reducing L3 when compared isolated use fungus.
