ABSTRACT
Objective. The objective of this study was to evaluate the in vitro association fungus Duddingtonia flagrans (AC001) and ivermectin control gastrointestinal nematodes buffalo calves. Materials Methods. Four experimental groups were formed microtubes, with five replicates for each group: G1 (nematodes + AC001), G2 1%), G3 AC001 1%) G4 distilled water). For group, after 36 hours interaction, content microtubes read by optical microscopy, accounting number per group. Results. There a significant larval reduction treated groups, following percentages relation (control): G1: 43.7%; G2: 82.3% G3: 65.7%. It also observed that D. more effective reducing L3 when compared isolated use fungus. Conclusions. concluded joint can potentiate efficacy biological calves, envisioning its under natural conditions breeding.
