ABSTRACT
Background Health information technologies are being rapidly developed to improve the delivery of mental health care; however, a range facilitators, barriers, and contextual conditions can impact adoption sustainment these solutions. An implementation science protocol supports researchers achieve primary effectiveness goals in relation services reform aids optimization processes promote quality care, prolonging sustainability. Objective The aim this paper is describe our protocol, which serves as foundation by systematically guide technology-enabled solutions traditional face-to-face Web-based services, allowing for revisions over time on basis retrospective review constructive feedback from implemented. Methods Our comprises four phases. objective scoping feasibility phase (Phase 1) determine alignment between service partner improvement supported solution. This followed Phase 2, local co-design preimplementation phase, aims utilize methodologies, including pathway modelling, participatory design, user (acceptance) testing, how could be used enhance service. In 3, implementation, accepted solution embedded better outcomes consumers their families well professionals managers. Using iterative evaluative throughout continuously developed, designed, refined during adapt changing needs stakeholders, with lived experience Thus, outcome 3 optimized that maintained scalability 4) purposes reform.
