How Social Media Use at Work Affects Improvement of Older People’s Willingness to Delay Retirement During Transfer From Demographic Bonus to Health Bonus: Causal Relationship Empirical Study

ABSTRACT
With the increased older population in China and subsequent reduced labor force, "demographic bonus" is disappearing. The Chinese government proposed a Healthy strategy 2017. transfer of demographic bonus to "health extended working life people negative impact population's aging on force structure.This research focuses effect workers' social media usage at work their ability (related both physical mental health) thus willingness delay retirement.The questionnaire respondents were than 55 years, they obtained from media, June July 2018. A total 1020 valid questionnaires collected, SmartPLS 3.28 (SmartPLS GmbH) was used analyze data. Effects analyzed using 2-tailed t tests.(1) Use can improve information support (t14=13.318, P<.001), emotional (t14=13.184, self-efficacy (t14=6.364, P<.001) for people; (2) main factor affecting workers (t14=23.304, as compared with (t14=1.799, P=0.07); (3) impacts (t14=8.876, stress (t14=9.545, are generally higher those (t14=4.394, P<.001; t14=5.002, P<.001); (4) has an (t14=5.658, (t14=4.717, (5) (t14=8.586, (t14=8.579, retirement greater (t14=2.112, P=.04) (t14=4.314, P<.001).Our study confirms that use positive workers. Based findings, we have put forward proposals extend people's lives help governments implement health policies. In future, will compare different values among occupations cultures.
