ABSTRACT
In the United States, nearly half (48%) of school-aged children experience sleep disturbance that results in less than recommended duration, which may negatively impact mental health and behavior. Mindfulness interventions improve youth. However, there are gaps literature regarding how (2-12 years) adolescents (13-17 practice mindfulness extent to they benefit from these practices.
