ABSTRACT
The Clock Drawing Test (CDT) has been widely used in clinic for cognitive assessment. Recently, a digital Text (dCDT) that is able to capture the entire sequence of clock drawing behaviors was introduced. While variety domain-specific features can be derived from dCDT, it not yet evaluated large community-based population whether dCDT correlate with function. We aimed investigate association between and performance across multiple domains.Participants Framingham Heart Study, cohort longitudinal surveillance, who did have dementia were included. Participants administered both standard protocol neuropsychological tests measured wide range functions. A total 105 their associations 18 assessed linear regression models adjusted age sex. Associations composite score also each test status (clinically diagnosed mild impairment compared normal cognition). The study included 2062 participants (age: mean 62, SD 13 years, 51.6% women), among whom 36 impairment. Each associated an average 50 features. scores significantly impairment. The potentially as tool assessment populations.
