For more detailed analysis, paired-samples 2-tailed t tests compare measurements within Independent-samples conducted intergroup differences measurements. The included total 68 aged between 18 65 years, who both through web-based offline methods. Of these individuals, 41 (60%) 27 (40%) attrition rate 10.2% weeks. findings indicated that there significant main effect (F1,60=15.63; P=.003; ηp2=0.21) participants' scores, indicating changes level across time. No observed (P=.25), well-being (P=.35), (P=.07). Furthermore, scores significantly decreased (from 7.08 4.64; P=.03; Cohen d=0.50) but not 6.72 5.08; P=.20; d=0.36). Perceived score also 2.95 2.72; P=.04; d=0.46) 2.82 2.74; P=.55; d=0.15).This provided experimental evidence affects significantly. By exploring potential programs option, sought improve accessibility encourage participation activity, ultimately promoting better mental outcomes individuals stress.
