ABSTRACT
Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBTi) is the first-line chronic insomnia. Mobile app-based CBTi (MCBTi) can enhance accessibility of treatment; however, few studies have evaluated effectiveness MCBTi using a multicenter, randomized controlled trial design.
