Title abstract full-text screened based above through a blinded, dual review using Covidence (Veritas Health Innovation). Study quality was assessed Cochrane Risk Bias tool. The analyzed for educational content, intervention timing, type, appropriate particular Results Only 17 matched our criteria, 1831 cholecystectomy, bariatric surgery (gastric bypass gastric sleeve), colectomy. 15 statistically significant at least 1 outcome. None these found have an overall high bias according standards. 41% (7/17) direct individual improved almost types, while videos had greatest impact anxiety, nausea, pain postoperatively (P<.01). Direct group demonstrated weight, BMI, exercise, depressive symptoms 33% (2/6) studies.
