ABSTRACT
The progress in information and communication technology (ICT) led to the development of a new rehabilitation technique called "serious game for functional rehabilitation." Previous works have shown that serious games can be used general health specific disease management. However, there is still lack consensus on evaluation guidelines. It important note performance depends designed scenario.The objective this work was develop scenarios evaluate them with panel musculoskeletal patients propose guidelines.A two-stage workflow proposed using determinant framework. guideline includes selection three-dimensional (3D) computer graphics technologies tools, modeling physical aspects, design scenarios, implementation scenarios. consists definition metrics, execution campaign, analysis user results feedbacks, improvement game.The case study disorders healthy control patient groups showed usefulness these guidelines associated games. All participants enjoyed 2 developed (football object manipulation), found challenging amusing. In particular, some subjects increased their score when enhancing level difficulty. Furthermore, were no risks accidents games.It expected proven effectiveness games, may translated into clinical routine practice benefit disorders.
