ABSTRACT
Background: The prevalence of type 2 diabetes is increasing globally, and health services in many countries are struggling with the morbidity, mortality, costs associated complications this long-term condition. Diabetes self-management education (DSME) behavioral support can reduce risks developing diabetes-related improve glycemic control. However, their uptake low. Digital interventions (DHI) provide sustained may overcome challenges attending sessions. They have potential for delivery at multiple locations convenient times, anonymity, presentation content attractive tailored formats.
