Clinical rely heavily on these data to correlate the treatment regimen with prognosis develop evidence-based radiation therapy paradigms. These are available mainly in forms narrative texts or table formats heterogeneous vocabularies. Manual extraction related can be time consuming labor intensive, which is not ideal for large studies.
