ABSTRACT
<sec> <title>BACKGROUND</title> The COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated the adoption and implementation of digital technologies to help transform educational ecosystem delivery care. </sec> <title>OBJECTIVE</title> We sought understand instructors’ learners’ perceptions challenges opportunities faced in implementing health information system virtual training amid pandemic. <title>METHODS</title> Semistructured interviews were conducted with education specialists care staff who provided or had taken part a instructor-led at large Canadian academic sciences center. Guided by Technology Acceptance Model Community Inquiry framework, we analyzed interview transcript themes deductively inductively. <title>RESULTS</title> Of 18 individuals participating study, 9 specialists, 5 learners, 3 program coordinators, 1 was senior manager Centre for Learning, Innovation, Simulation. found predominant themes: adopting learner-centered approach meaningful learning experience, embracing advances maximize transfer learning, enhancing user experience. <title>CONCLUSIONS</title> This study adds literature on designing organizations highlighting importance recognizing needs maximizing learning. Findings from this can be used inform design development strategies support learners across an organization during current climate ensure changes are sustainable. <title>CLINICALTRIAL</title> <p />
