ABSTRACT
<sec> <title>BACKGROUND</title> Web-based parent training (PT) programs can strengthen parent-child relationships by equipping caregivers with knowledge and evidence-based strategies to manage behavior. Hybrid facilitation of PT includes facilitator interaction paired self-administered web-based PT. administrative dashboards provide users (eg, administrators, facilitators, researchers) an integrated platform monitor progress activities within a program or website. Despite the utility prevalence for behavioral interventions, our knowledge, no research studies have explored perspectives insights dashboard enhance user experience delivery. </sec> <title>OBJECTIVE</title> The purpose this study is evaluate usability (<i>ez</i>Dashboard) <i>ez</i>Parent program, 6-module parents children aged 2-5 years. <title>METHODS</title> This used descriptive, single-group design administrators who were overseeing implementation trained facilitators hybrid Participants spent at least 30 minutes reviewing evaluating <i>ez</i>Dashboard then completed survey their dashboard. included validated 10-item System Usability Scale open-ended questions focusing on performance, navigation ease, overall usefulness <i>ez</i>Dashboard. <title>RESULTS</title> (N=15) indicated high scoring total mean score 83.5 (SD 16.3). Most participants (n=13, 87%) rated user-friendliness as <i>good</i> (n=3, 20%), <i>excellent</i> (n=9, 60%), <i>best imaginable</i> (n=1, 7%). Open-ended revealed would be useful trends in engagement (n=8, 53%) topics discussion communicating (n=5, 33%). (n=4) identified that real-time data use helps management uptake. Suggestions features add ability track partial modules (4/14, 29%), time per module (2/14, 14%), exportable reports 29%). Other ideas improvement direct messaging capabilities, videoconferencing integration, being able modify participant account contact information. <title>CONCLUSIONS</title> Results indicate easy provides functional information delivering <i>ez</i>Parent. Qualitative results integrating suggested into may help smoother ultimately using program. Providing resources real intervention participants’ helpful tracking providing facilitated support tailoring content completion.
