ABSTRACT
<sec> <title>BACKGROUND</title> The dose of mobile health (mHealth) interventions can significantly influence participant engagement, acceptability, and the overall effectiveness. However, few mHealth have explored dose-response relationship. </sec> <title>OBJECTIVE</title> Given limited evidence, this study aims to explore how influences effectiveness, cost effectiveness a parent targeted text messaging program which enhance child wellbeing. <title>METHODS</title> Healthy Beginnings for Hunter New England Kids (HB4HNEKids) provides age stage appropriate messages aimed support participants (parent/carers) their children by providing evidence-based wellbeing care across first 2000 days. Participants were enrolled in HB4HNEKids from five Child Family Health Service (CFHS) pilot sites region South Wales, then randomised into either low or high message group 2 years program. Engagement with was determined using click rates opt out rates.
