ABSTRACT
<sec> <title>BACKGROUND</title> People with mobility disabilities face significant barriers to engaging in regular physical activity, contributing elevated risks of chronic disease and reduced quality life. Mobile health (mHealth) interventions offer a promising solution by delivering accessible, home-based exercise programs tailored individual functional needs. </sec> <title>OBJECTIVE</title> The primary objective was evaluate mobile intervention aimed at increasing activity among individuals disabilities.
