Using Probiotics in Infants with Cow’s Milk Allergy: A Randomized Clinical Trial

ABSTRACT
Background: One of the most common food allergies in infants is cow’s milk allergy (CMA). There no available effective therapeutic strategy for this issue. It's important to develop approaches reduce risk allergy. The purpose study was investigate effect probiotics with protein intolerance. Materials and methods: This a randomized clinical trial full-term CMA diagnosis. These patients were divided into case control groups (receiving placebo probiotic). Clinical symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain etc. evaluated 2, 4, 8, 12 16 weeks after receiving probiotics. Results: During study, significant decrease observed paraclinical findings both groups. statistically times mucosal, bloody daily defecation on 4th, 8th 12th week. Also, difference found between diarrhea cramps from 4th week. Conclusion: consumption short time significantly decreased symptoms.
