ABSTRACT
Cytomegalovirus (CMV) disease is one of the most common infectious complications after liver transplantation. It cause numerous morbidity and mortalities. Intensity immunosuppression defined as overall immunosuppressive drug dosage seems to affect complications. The main purpose this study investigate intensity on conversion CMV infection in population. In cross-sectional study, we retrospectively evaluated analyzed data all recipients who underwent orthotopic transplantation (OLT) between March 2014 2016 had positive serum PCR for follow- up course. Of 134 recipients, only 66 adult transplant were eligible be studied. Multiple variables such MELD score, cold ischemic time, warm operative data, drugs regimen, plasma viral load, donor recipient IgG serostatus recorded analyzed.of patients, 50 (76%) 16 (24%) disease. There was significant association serostatus, extra corticosteroid pulse therapy, acute cellular rejection, tacrolimus level (P=0.005, 0.001, 0.031, 0.031).It that has influence rate recipients.
