Children’s Online Privacy Protection is a form of protection for all information attached to child such as: name, address, photo, video, and other related pointing the children. In Indonesia, regulation child’s personal data does not create adequate protection. reality, many children’s are spread on social media various platforms that children access as result, can be accessed used marketing purposes and/or exploitation. As legal subject, cannot protect themselves only from online business models designed by platforms, but also people may have bad intentions. global context, standardization becomes necessity both measuring instrument guidance countries follow. The problem is, some measurements need adjusted with national law comply set local standards. Some first already regulated privacy found within European Union (EU), UK U.S. This research describes scope standards match them Indonesian positive law. method this use doctrinal collect analyze material regarding two main concepts, namely: regulation. it there no mechanism guarantees in Indonesia. It suggested parliament President immediately revise Child Act /or Electronic Transaction Information Act.
