ABSTRACT
Care for cancer patients, in addition to its complexity, involves physical, psychological, social, spiritual and economic aspects, since the term, is still much stigmatized brings with it idea of death, prejudice taboos. An important component patient care that essential life communication, which allows transmission understanding messages influences interpersonal relationships behavior people involved.
