ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 pandemic has thrown the entire world into economic and mental turmoil, changed our lifestyles way we interact in care what is a very challenging rapidly evolving circumstance. methodology: this bibliographical research of documentary, descriptive qualitative nature, information was obtained from analysis scientific data published on online platforms. Results Discussion: Healthcare professionals face additional stressors. They are known to include an increased risk infection, becoming ill or dying, inadvertently transmitting disease others, overwhelming serious cases illness. These will also likely large number deaths at same time, be frustrated with themselves for not being able save many lives, subjected threats attacks by people seeking dependent when resources limited. Conclusion: Anxiety depression most common disorders among healthcare professionals, especially those working front lines against COVID-19. Improvement strategies must implemented that focus only physical health employees, but health, as it often overlooked dismissed its importance.
