ABSTRACT
Aim: To evaluate prognostic significance of DKK1 for hepatocelluar carcinoma. Materials & methods: We enrolled a test cohort consisting 266 hepatitis virus B-related carcinoma patients who had undergone hepatectomy and validation 95. Associations with overall survival time to recurrence were determined by Cox proportional hazards regression model. Results: High levels preoperative serum associated poor higher rate was an independent predictor. Moreover, maintained ability predict low risk. Double positives AFP indicated the worst highest compared either used alone. Patients preoperatively 1-day postoperatively positive rates than those whose values both negative. Similar results found in cohort. Conclusion: Serum could prognosis after hepatectomy.
