Growth of population and economic activity contribute to the increasing number ecological incidents, which derive from different sources causing multiple types pollution. Legal framework for selling this type insurance was created by introduction mandatory pollution liability adoption terms conditions. In paper, author deals with several legal aspects environmental those losses. Particular focus on notion loss object coverage, insured event period insurance, sum insurer duty. Authors conclude that separation (and conditions) against into a stand-alone product could be next step in developing conditions domestic companies.
