ABSTRACT
The primary objective of this project is to create a portable automation module that should be suitable for various heavy machines in agriculture. To begin, the OREC Bull Mower machine was chosen as initial pilot study. Five major components were identified through meticulous analysis, laying groundwork process. Several functions, including gear shifting, clutch operation, and other critical tasks, successfully automated. Extensive testing measurements performed identify best actuators precise efficient control. controllers thoughtfully integrated into enclosure, resulting versatile can programmed remote or autonomous operation. Lab on-site proved module's efficacy real-world scenarios, validating its successful implementation. While has produced promising results, future improvements are required, particularly mechanical fitting, design assembly, use reliable electronic components.
