Práticas de Administração Financeira em Agroindústrias Familiares: Um estudo na região Noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul

Family agroindustries represent an important alternative for a model of rural and territorial development. However, studies regarding its management are rare, especially in relation to the financial area. Considering this reality, present study aimed investigate how practices carried out family city Ijuí/RS. Data were obtained through survey 18 two in-depth interviews. It was found that administrators researched are, most part, married men who own small areas. The used tools control accounts payable receivable, manually cases. analysis macro, micro internal environments agroindustry revealed their influence on management. Even with weak points management, proved be capable generating income families and, consequently, promote improvement living conditions
