ABSTRACT
Sarcoidosis is a disease of unknown etiology presenting as noncaseating granulomatous infiltration in tissues. Central Nervous system rarely affected , usually dissemination from other organs, mainly lungs. We report on case which the patient had only central nervous involvement, with mass right gasserian ganglion and another lesion parietal cortex, observed magnetic resonance. Diagnosis was given by histopathological study improved corticosteroid treatment.
