ABSTRACT
Tendon rupture and lacerations are orthopedic problems of great importance in veterinary medicine. Many times, animals discarded or removed from athletic life due to ruptured tendons. Therefore, new therapeutic possibilities have been used improve accelerate tendon healing. The objective the work was evaluate use a biological membrane derived bovine tunica albuginea stem cells tenorrhaphies medicine.Thirtyone adult Wistar rats were used, subdivided into 4 experimental groups, control group (CG) with animals, tenotomy (GT), (GMB) cell (GCT), each 9 animals. The albugineous tunics collected underwent cleaning, conservation quality analysis, making them ready for use.Three young extract subcutaneous adipose tissue cultivation. After surgeries, euthanized 3 moments; 7, 14 21 days postoperatively, where they evaluated macroscopically microscopically. The GT GMB demonstrated low healing inflammation at almost all moments. The GCT presented much better result, relation parameters between inflammation, no limb edema, higher quantity collagen demonstrating rapid high quality. We conclude that therapy cases ruptures is very promising.
