ABSTRACT
Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a complex disease with unclear molecular characteristics. In this study, comprehensive computer analysis of genomic data was used to investigate the characteristics LUAD subtypes based on angiogenic genes. Non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) clustering performed using 1297 genes related angiogenesis. Two (C1 and C2) were found different survival times in-depth analysis. The novel classification shows that proportion immune cells CD247 expression higher in C1 subtype than C2. activation scores TGF-Beta, TP53, WNT, angiogenesis pathways group those C2 group. ESTIMATE multiple enrichment score GO KEGG subgroup. two significantly mutation ratios critical sensitivity clinical chemotherapy drugs such as JNK.Inhibitor.VIII, Docetaxel, GW843682X, which indicated greater immunotherapy subtype. Besides, 10 key nine hypoxia-associated correlated survival, according longitudinal follow-up Our leads development new method genotyping stabilized predictive features, allows better understanding heterogeneity may facilitate antiangiogenic therapy strategies.
