ABSTRACT
Prochloraz is a widely used fungicide in the world, which belongs to environmental endocrine disrupting estrogen pesticide of reproductive system. The purpose present study was investigate on system male offspring mice after perinatal exposure by prochloraz. different doses (group MA, MB and MD) were given father intragastric administration. results firstly showed that average testicular weight dosage groups significantly lower than control group (0.312g ,0.294g, Vs 0.355g; P < 0.05), coefficient index MD also group. Secondly, all valid RNA-Seq data successfully mapped mouse genome database for further analysis. Thirdly, we found expressed mRNAs clustered B D compared control. Finally, relative genes response prochloraz invasion greatly changed, involved regulation sperm mitochondria function two (Mt-nd6 Slc12a4) , six (Greb1, Esrrb Catsperb, Mospd2, Sohlh1 Specc1) closely related functions reaction. It can be concluded play an important role system, lays foundation follow-up evaluation its toxicological effects.
