ABSTRACT
Heart sarcomas are scarce neoplasms with various clinical features and known to be great imitators of several representations.This article presents a case cardiac metastatic sarcoma complicated by infective endocarditis in 35year-old female patient history rheumatic fever, brain surgery, Covid-19 infection.The diagnosis was based on echocardiography, computed tomography biopsy results.Despite receiving six weeks antibiotic treatment, the patient's prognosis bleak due lack effective palliative options.The underlines challenges management need for further research this field.
