ABSTRACT
The cost associated with employee turnover and the shortage of available workforce in market creates a situation where retention is crucial for successful operation an organization.Working remotely, especially COVID-19 pandemic, increases risks voluntary turnover, since it makes judgment attitudes more difficult managers.Voluntary (VET) measurements are one key indicators evaluating effectiveness personnel management practices organizations.The paper proposes solution to decrease risk authors propose machine learning based model identify employees prone on data gathered stored by organization.The will allow managers make prediction adjust decision making process information.To create proposed IT predicting analysis models describing has been performed most important factors that influence it.9 factor groups 67 VET have identified during analysis.In next step, 46 clusters relevant specific organization from retrieved analysis.Based be created, developed, validated use organizations.
