ABSTRACT
Renouncement and downtime of combine harvesters in operation lead to significant financial losses.One the most important reasons for this machinery is failure key connections, which account up 10.5 % total number failures.The main disadvantage connection that keyway a stress concentrator reduces fatigue strength parts, leading an asymmetric deformation shaft hub.The wear individual parts fixed mainly due gradual surface destruction material accompanied by separation particles, changing dimensions, geometric shape properties layers material.The presence gaps "bushing-shaft" also affects reliability belt drives, since their constant pulsating loads, unloading inter-axis distance with variable frequency turns hub, take place.For real operating conditions harvesters, effective installation instead existing where technical requirements permit, removable hub mounting rotating element on drive shaft, can be made form repair kit sufficient accuracy shops farms.The use proposed modernized design movable connections first all eliminates cause -the relative radial movement contacting mating allows pulled together without creating eccentricity, turn will increase service life connections.The article presents method calculating transmission torque upgraded connection, drives standard connection.It forces tightening connection.
