ABSTRACT
This paper reviews recent and advanced studies on educational effectiveness. Section integrated school effectiveness research is followed by a section conceptually models. The subsequent two sections focus more methodological limitations of past research: the failure to accommodate hierarchical nature schooling inability capture teacher effects. Finally, last sums up all relevant facts strands.
